Full Life's Month of Fitness - HIIT

The Full Life Foundation for Lynch Syndrome is happy to announce that we will be hosting virtual workout sessions as part of our "Month of Fitness" fundraising event this fall. September 9th’s class will be a Zumba workout. High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise, is a form of interval training. HIIT is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Further expanding on our partnership with Columbia University Irving Medical Center, half of all proceeds raised will go directly to COVID19 support as one of the top frontline hospitals in New York City.
