PREYAA strzalkowski
FOUNDER

Preyaa is the Founder and President. She is responsible for the vision and strategy behind the foundation. Preyaa has made it her goal to educate those around her about this little-known syndrome. As an active member of numerous charitable foundations throughout her life, she decided to create FLF to focus efforts to a cause that is close to home. Preyaa graduated from Boston University in 2017 and currently works in Commercial Real Estate Banking in New York.

JAKE STRZALKOWSKI
treasurer

Jake, an active member in previous 501(c)(3) organizations, is the Treasurer. He focuses on ensuring the foundation is appropriately funded to achieve short term events and long term goals. Jake’s mission-oriented experience comes from The Boston Foundation, working with the innovation community to join the Pledge 1% Boston movement. He also serves as a mentor in College App Assist and the East Side High School Mentor Program. Jake graduated from Boston University in 2017 and currently works in leveraged finance at Morgan Stanley in New York.

michelle minarczyk
Secretary

Michelle is responsible for the records, documentation, and general operations of the foundation. In the past, she has been involved in organizations that give back and spread awareness, both on campus and in her community. Lynch Syndrome increases the likelihood of certain types of cancers- something Michelle feels passionate about fighting in honor of her mom. She is incredibly excited to be part of this foundation and it’s enthusiastic members as we seek to raise awareness for Lynch Syndrome. Michelle graduated from Stonehill College in 2018 and currently works at Kate Spade in New York.

 
 
 

megan chacon-diaz
Director of DIGITAL Marketing

Megan serves as Director of Digital Marketing. She is responsible for tying all marketing activity back to organizational goals while keeping the big picture in focus. Megan creates and implements strategies that target current donors and prospective donors to broaden FLF’s reach and help build the organization’s brand. Megan graduated from Boston University in 2017 and currently works in the advertising industry in New York.

 
 

JACK FASO
director of fundraising initiatives

Jack serves as the Director of Fundraising Initiatives. Jack is responsible for planning a wide variety of fundraising events, organizing various volunteer initiatives, and raising charitable funds to support research for a cure. Jack graduated from Boston University in 2017 and currently works in Healthcare Private Equity in New York.
